Access Services is a new, forward-thinking initiative, which operates as part of Access Training (South West) Ltd., to deliver a wide range of professional security services. We have a team of qualified, experienced and enthusiastic individuals who work together with the aim to provide a friendly, effective and efficient service to our customers.

I particularly like the way they have taken on the complete package of security, i.e. uniform, headsets and the correct recording of incidents and refusals. Licensing and the Police are looking for professional and accountable security in nighclubs and I am happy that this requirement has now been fulfilled.

Access Training has been delivering courses for the security, licensed trade and hospitality industries for over 3 years. We train people for the Level 2 National Certificate for Door Supervisors, which is awarded to candidates who pass two examinations covering the roles and responsibilities of the occupation and conflict management. This nationally recognised qualification is the industry standard and enables successful candidates to apply for the SIA licence to practice, which is a legal requirement. As part of this process they are also subject to strict identity and criminal records checks.

It goes, without saying, that all of the staff employed by Access Services are fully licensed and have extensive experience in the field. Our knowledge of the industry puts us in the perfect position to assess exactly what is needed and what is expected of those working within the security sector. We feel that the industry needs to clean up its image and adopt a change in its attitude towards conflict management. What sets Access Services apart is our commitment to maintaining exceptionally high standards whilst working within our pre-defined set of principles. All of our staff undergo stringent application and induction procedures to ensure that they meet our superior expectations.
