Access Training can provide help and advice on employment, careers and training. Our services offer a variety of recruitment solutions, from guidance and mentoring to work preparation. Access Training is your one-stop-shop to making your way back to work. 

Our programmes are devised to support people in their personal development, with finding work-placements and ultimately in finding employment in Cornwall, Devon, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

We have helped people find employment through a wide variety of programmes for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for the past 15 years. Currently, we subcontract to Prospects Employment and Training Services to deliver the Work Programme in Cornwall. We also work on behalf of 3SC to provide Access to Work assessments throughout Wales.

We work to the basic principle that it is the clients’ scheme, and empowerment must be present at all stages of development. For this reason, we have devised a range of job-search and motivation modules along with specialist services which are available to all clients:

Other services that we offer include travel buddies, job coaches, signers for the deaf and readers for the blind.
