Access Training (SW) Ltd, founded in 1991, is a training company which provides first-class, cost effective training to both individuals and companies. We can also help people to improve a person's employability by learning a new skill or qualification and to ultimately find sustainable employment.

Access Training is contracted to deliver major Job Centre Plus contracts throughout Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucester. Working directly with the Department for Work and Pensions or as a subcontractor, we deliver New Deal Mentoring and Work Preparation. These services include personal development, work-placement, job-search facilitation, client support, specialist advice and consultancy.

Our staff draw on their many years of experience in the licensed trade, security and hospitality industries, to design, develop and deliver customer or contract specific training, workshops, seminars and conferences for both private and public sector customers.

We currently have registered training centres spread from the tip of Cornwall to Wiltshire, and all stops in between. All of our training facilities are fully equipped, accommodating clients with state of the art visual aid facilities, LCD projection resources, workbooks and most importantly, a fully qualified and supportive tutor.

We promise to respond creatively to any individual’s training requests and to provide flexible training courses, offering a range of dates , times and delivery methods as well as being able to formulate solutions for larger corporate training concerns.
