Course Delivery
All our accredited courses are delivered in plain English by one or more of our qualified tutors dependant on candidate numbers or any special requirements eg English is not the candidate's first language
The method of delivery obviously varies from course to course but may utilize computer based presentation aids, question and answer sessions, small group work and will be reinforced as necessary by the use of both nationally recognized ‘Work Books’ and/or our own presentation-based media, which the candidates may retain.
The duration of our courses varies from some that can be delivered in less than a day - to others that may take one day per week for up to five weeks.
They can be delivered at one of our centres throughout the South West, commercial pre-booked venues ( Hotels etc) or candidates may be able to attend training at their employer’s own premises. (This is dependant on candidate numbers)
Where there is an externally verified examination, we receive results within a week and the candidates are notified immediately and their certificates follow from the examining body.
The majority of examinations consist of a series of multiple-choice questions and in some instances, it is mandatory that a set proportion of the questions have to be answered correctly to ensure a pass.
These factors would be fully explained both during the course and also by an independent adjudicator.
