Food & Hygiene Courses

Access Training is an approved Royal Society of Public Health Training Centre and our courses fully meet the industry’s legal requirements.

The topics that we choose to train in, are regarded by the Food Standards Agency as being important to understanding and maintaining good practice in the handling, processing and preparation of safe food.

Food Hygiene regulations require that all food handlers are trained in food hygiene matters. The Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) have devised a number of food hygiene courses.
