BIIAB Level 1 Essentials of Catering Award
This award is for anyone new to working in a commercial kitchen. Beginners will learn about basic knife skills, food preparation, sandwich making, food presentation, personal hygiene and work clothing.
The award is a first in a suite of three BIIAB catering qualifications. Candidates who qualify in the Level 1 Essentials of Catering Award, will be able to progress to the Level 2 Award in Cooking Theory and Practice.
