Is the RSPH Level 2 Fundamentals of Food Hygiene suitable for me?

This qualification is principally designed for food handlers, particularly for those working in kitchens or who prepare, process and retail food.  However, any member of the general public would benefit from learning more about food hygiene.

This qualification focuses on teaching candidates to handle ‘high risk’ foods, such as raw meat. Holders of this qualification will be able to describe the importance of food hygiene, outline the nature of food hazards and describe good hygiene practice.
