If you are, or intend to be, a supervisor in any part of the food and drink manufacturing sector, this is the course for you. You will learn about the principles and practices of food safety, and by the end of the training you will be able to identify problem areas and recommend solutions.
Holders of this qualification will be able to take responsibility for food safety monitoring procedures, identify hazards to food safety, take appropriate action in light of these hazards and contribute to improvements in food safety practice.

This course is usually delivered over 3 days, and assessment is by a 1 ½ hour examination of 45 multiple-choice questions.
