BIIAB Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality
Course Summary
Learners who complete the Level 3 Award in Licensed Hospitality can select four from eleven optional units which will enable them to achieve the Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality.
The BIIAB Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality is part of the BIIAB Profitable Business Portfolio. This series of 13 stand-alone units have been designed to improve peoples’ business skills and give candidates a practical knowledge of how to run a productive and profitable business. The course would be most beneficial for experienced licensed retailers and anyone who owns or manages a licensed hospitality business, such as;
- Pubs & bars
- Restaurants
- Night-clubs
- Hotels
In order to achieve the BIIAB Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality, candidates must have already completed the 3 units which form the BIIAB Level 3 Award in Licensed Hospitality. The BIIAB Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality enables licensed retail operators to broaden their management and business development skills, in subject areas specific to their business requirements. They must choose 4 out of 11 additional units, which include:
- Unit 4 – Customer Service procedures
- Unit 5 – Training Design and Delivery
- Unit 6 – Sales Promotion
- Unit 7 – Business Planning
- Unit 8 – Merchandising and Selling
- Unit 9 – Introducing a new Catering Offer
- Unit 10 – Managing Capital Expenditure
- Unit 11 – Stock Control
- Unit 12 – Improving your Catering Operation
- Unit 13 – Recruitment and Employment Practice
- Unit 14 – Accommodation
How long will it take me to qualify?
Each of the units have been designed to be completed in 1 day supported by self-study. There is a 1 hour examination at the end of each unit.
How much will the course cost me?
The cost for each individual unit of the qualification is £120.00 excluding VAT. However, if you book the 4 units required to achieve the BIIAB Level 3 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality at the same, the cost will be £425.00 excluding VAT.
