NCFE Get Set for Work
In these challenging economic times, it’s vital we all have the right skills to gain employment and improve our career prospects. Qualification provider and awarding body NCFE has developed a range of key qualifications that will ‘get learners set for work’. These qualifications provide learners with the essential numeracy, literacy, ICT, vocational and personal skills required by employers. They also meet the needs of employers and learners and can be delivered as part of Entry to Employment, Skills for Life and Employer-Responsive packages. Get Set for Work qualifications meet the National Occupational Standards and teach new skills that can support entry into employment. Qualifications that fall under Get Set for Work have a broad appeal, and will specifically benefit the unemployed, learners aged 14-19, people facing unemployment and people in employment who want to develop their skills.
