What is it all about?

The Level 2 Award in Conflict Management for Licensed Premises Staff is designed to help staff who work on the frontline, in customer facing roles to manage conflict appropriately, and give them the tools required to prevent a conflict situation arising, or progressing into a serious conflict incident. The qualification gives candidates non-physical de-escalation skills that they are able to use in a work situation.
