What's it all about?
The Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration forms the knowledge and competency requirements of the Intermediate Apprenticeship Framework in Business Administration. The qualification can be taken on a standalone basis or as part of a larger programme of study. The topics covered include: Communication in a business environment, principles of business document production and information management, manage personal performance and development, prepare text from notes using touch typing, maintain and issue stationery and supplies.
